Natalie Zink advises on international trade and customs matters with an emphasis on antidumping and countervailing duties, compliance strategy, cross-border risk management, and related litigation.
Natalie served as an attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she supported all stages of the AD/CVD process — from petition initiation through court litigation. She provided legal guidance on duty calculations, interpreted trade-remedy regulations, and collaborated with enforcement analysts and policymakers. Natalie has drafted briefs before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and contributed to the U.S. Government's submission before a USMCA panel reviewing Canadian softwood lumber duties.
