Overview

Ejesha is an Associate Attorney who counsels and represents clients on international trade and regulatory matters, including trade remedies, customs, and national-security related trade measures. She handles all stages of antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade. Her experience includes preparing submissions in administrative review proceedings, working on issues related to "domestic like product," and injury determinations.

Ejesha advises on customs and tariff matters, including tariff classification, rules of origin, and the interpretation of evolving trade measures such as tariffs imposed under Sections 122, 232, and 301, and International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariff refund claims. She interprets tariff-related regulations and policy developments, translating them into practical guidance to help clients navigate an evolving trade landscape.

Her background — shaped by experiences across North America, the Mediterranean region, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia — brings valuable perspective to cross-jurisdictional challenges and international matters.

Before joining Lighthill, Ejesha supported proceedings involving investment and commercial disputes and contributed to anti-money laundering risk assessments, U.S. economic sanctions due diligence, and the development of corporate compliance policies.

Fluent in multiple languages, Ejesha excels in multicultural environments and translates complex legal frameworks into actionable business strategies for clients operating in global markets.
